Following the approval of 2D drawings, MT Design will create 3D perspective drawings so that customers can easily visualize the project's color, light, design, interior, and exterior.
Estimation and construction quotation; signing construction contract; completing technical documents; browsing construction samples; under construction; Monitor progress and quality. MT has a professional supervision team that monitors, ensures progress, and updates the project status for the investor on a daily basis during the construction process.
Before handing over projects to be put into use in accordance with the customer's opening plan, MT Design ensures standard quality. From the date of construction completion, MT Design offers a free 12-month warranty on all work. MT Design is always there to help and support customers throughout the process.
