The construction industry has become a hot spot for companies and major investors as demand has been increasing in recent years. The development of new urban areas, luxury hotels and resorts, and other modern constructions have become a major foundation to serve the living and entertainment demand of our citizens. Founded in 2017, MT Design & Architecture has been developed over the past 15 years with the aspiration to improve people's quality of life, elevate the Vietnamese brand in the worldwide arena, and transform Vietnam into a memorable destination for visitors across the globe.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE CONSULTING

We receive customer requirements, capture their needs, and collect detailed information via face-to-face or online meetings, depending on the customer requirements. Based on the needs and budget of the customer, our proposed designs meet all three criteria: beautiful, unique and distinctive.

GENERAL CONCEPT PROJECT DESIGN & PROJECT ORIENTATION

After gathering the necessary information, various concept options will be developed, taking into account the customer's goals and selecting the most reasonable option for the target.

2D, 3D DESIGN PROFILE DEVELOPING

Following the customer's approval of a concept, we will conduct a site survey, conceptualize the perspective on 2D drawings, and design 3D illustrations.

COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION

We monitor and complete the construction, ensuring quality and volume in accordance with the approved design, current technical standards as well as issues on construction progress, labor safety and environmental sanitation.

TRANSFERRING OPERATION TECHNOLOGY

After surveying the site and surrounding terrain, we conduct job classification for the team of workers who will complete the work and distribute safety protocols. Following completion of the work, we will inspect the site, documents, and so on, and complete the handover with the investor.

BRAND CONSULTING

We receive customer requirements, research what makes the products unique, and develop communication strategies to convey messages to their clients, thereby building a brand to improve customers' market competitiveness.
